DELIVERY

We use standard delivery service which costs the same for each order. The cost of the standard delivery service in the Europe is €5.99 for each order and it would take approximately 4-15 working days. Shipping to UK prices are €12.99 and rest of the World shipping prices are €40.

There are products which may be dispatched directly from our supplier’s and/or manufacturer’s warehouse therefore we keep the handling and delivery time longer than usual to avoid any disappointment. However, the deliveries are usually quicker than what is recommended. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further assistance.

How can I track my order?

You can track your orders from our Track My Order page. You will receive an email once your order is dispatched and you may follow the instructions on this email for further assistance.

What if I am not home for the delivery?

We strongly recommend that somebody is present to receive the order or you have a designated secure post box / delivery location. However the carriers usually would leave a note with further instructions to re-arrange the delivery or to collect from a local collection point if none of the above is available.

Why can’t I select faster shipping method?

We carry a large range of products and aim to make sure we cater for all. This brings immense operational challenges. Some products are shipped directly from our manufacturers so that we can bring the best quality products at the most competitive prices. This is the main reason why we only operate with standard shipping method. Thank you for your understanding.
